Relationship Concerns

There are all types of relationships. You may want to explore current or past romantic relationships or you may want to better understand your family relationships or you might want to improve your friendships overall. Working on relationships concerns starts with understanding yourself and your needs. From there, we examine what is happening in your relationships. There is a focus on the present situation as well as past experiences (for example is past trauma that affecting how you connect with others today). Together, we will explore the relationship from your perspective - such as recurring patterns, boundaries, conflicts and what that brings up in you when they occur.
