Parenting Concerns

No matter how much you love your kids, there will be times when you just want to throw your hands up in frustration.

Parents also worry about how they are showing up for their kids: “Is it enough?”, “Am I doing it right?”, and so on.

There are times where the pressures of all that needs to be done feels like too much.  This can lead parents to feeling burned out, especially if you manage a lot of the day to day responsibilities or are a work parent juggling constantly competing obligations.

Taking care of your mental health is a key part of being the parent you want to be and reducing burnout. Together, we will explore the types of difficulties you are facing related to parenting and create strategies to address those concerns - whether your own mental health or as part of parent coaching.
