Parenting is a long and winding journey without a handbook or a roadmap, and where the common sentiment is: "I'm doing the best that I can and I hope that is good enough."

 Your role in your kids life changes from being the core of their existence to launching them into independence. 

There are so many bittersweet moments throughout the process, and I support parents throughout the journey.

Starting from the huge change in your life when you first had kids, to understanding and managing each stage of their life, up to when you launch them on their own. At which point you may feel lost without the role you have carried for 18 years or more.​

Parenting does not just focus on your kids, but also taking care of your mental health. It is important that you take care of your mental health concerns, whether that is childhood trauma or daily stress from your job. Your kids sense and react to what is going on with you as much, if not more, to what they encounter in the outside world.

​Working together, we will explore what you are experiencing in your life to provide a holistic approach of taking care of your needs as well as understanding how to be the parent you want to be.
