Therapy is a place to explore what is not working in your life. That can be from childhood, trauma, or the stressors of day to day living.  There is a tipping point for people where what is not working has reached a point where the pain of doing the same thing is no longer tenable. 


Working together, we can explore what is no longer working for you, uncover its origins and work to build skills and tools to manage the issues in your life with an ultimate goal of finding healing. 


My style is supportive, kind, empathetic with the use of some humor. You will be supported in a non-judgemental way so that you can share fully and know that you will find acceptance.
